Neutralizing rinse to be used in portable extractor as final rinse for proper carpet cleaning.  Use after application and dwell time of PEP prespray.  Use with hot water if available, will work in cold water. 
 
Highly concentrated!  Use 2 ounces per 5 gallons of water in portable extractor.  Do not use more chemical than directed.
